Invitations with original-quality photo and video sharing

After the gathering, you may want the picture your cousin took of everyone at the table or a video of the speeches. Guests can add the original files to the invitation, along with voice messages. Download the ones you want to keep, or share an album link.

Use direct uploads for

Use an album link for

  • Collections larger than 2 GB
  • Live albums already shared with family
  • Professional photographer galleries

Know the limits

A direct photo can be up to 25 MB and a video up to 250 MB. An event can hold 100 files or 2 GB for free, whichever comes first: photos, videos, and guests’ voice and audio messages. PartyWelcome stores the original file bytes and makes the original available for download.

Know when files are removed

Guest uploads and stored album links are removed 30 days after the scheduled event end. A one-time storage extension postpones that cleanup for the whole event; it does not change who can upload, review, or view the files.

Ask before publishing

Make the host’s approval setting clear and avoid publishing photos or videos of children or private moments without the people involved agreeing.
