Keep what you’d like to remember
You might want the picture of the cake coming out, or the one of the whole family at the table. You might want to hear your uncle’s toast again. Guests can add photos, videos and voice messages to the invitation, so you have a place to find them after the gathering.
Download the original files to keep your own copy. Up to 100 files within 2 GB are free until 30 days after the scheduled event end. A host or a guest who has replied can buy more room or time for the whole event.
Send an invitation that feels like yours
Use a family photo, choose a design for the occasion, or upload the invitation a friend made for you. Finished artwork stays as you made it, with no text added over it. Guests can open it larger to read the details.
Share the link by WhatsApp, text or email. Your guests can reply on their phones without making an account or installing an app. You don’t need an account to host either.
Set a place for everyone coming
One reply might mean a couple, three children, or a friend coming on their own. Household replies tell you how many places to set. Ask about food, an arrival time or a private note when it helps you welcome someone.
Replies from every conversation come back to your guest list. If someone calls with a change, you can update their answer there.
Make the plans together
For dinner with friends, you may need to find a night everyone can make first. Share a date poll and let people say what works. If you’re sharing the cost of food or a weekend away, record what each person paid and see who owes whom.
Date polls and cost splits each have their own link. Nobody needs an account. PartyWelcome records shared costs; you settle the money with each other. For help with an invitation, you can invite a co-host from its host controls.
Decide what you’re comfortable sharing
You can hide the guest list and review comments and photos before they appear. On a new invitation, the street address waits until a guest replies unless you choose to show it sooner.
Invitations aren’t listed in search. Anyone with the guest link can open the page, so share it with the people you mean to invite. Keep your host link private.
Start with what’s free
Making the invitation, sending email, collecting replies and using host controls are free. Direct text delivery, more media room and longer storage are optional one-time purchases. There’s no subscription.
